On Monday & Tuesday, we presented our workshops.  Peter addressed the topic of starting a counseling ministry & Willie & I spoke on divorce recovery. Divorce recovery is not a topic that is not typically taught in the church. It was a great opportunity to speak the truth from God’s Word. We also had some time in the afternoon, prior to the evening workshops, to visit a ministry installation & a  military hospital. In the evening we dined at the home of a church member. His family was very gracious & the food was delicious.  Below are some photos of our days.

It is Thursday.  Olga is presenting her workshop on emotion injury to a local battalion.  We have one more meeting this afternoon with a chaplain prior to our departure tonight. It has been a good trip thus far.  The workshops were well received & the personal counseling appointments were opportunities to present application to the truths we have been sharing.  We had limited time one afternoon to visit the war museum & a local artist market.  Our hearts are tender as we grasp the magnitude of pain that comes with a country that is actively engaged in the war on their own soil.  Casualties are a daily occurrence.  Below are some photos from the workshops & our time in Dnipro. God is actively working in Ukraine & we are grateful to be a small part of what He is doing.
